Evansville Events Center logo concept

This logo was created as a concept for the building that eventually became the Ford Center in downtown Evansville, Indiana. At the time, the building didn't have a name, so the placeholder name "Evansville Events Center" was used.

The logo is inspired by the architect's own inspiration of the horseshoe bend in the Ohio River, a major feature of Evansville's geography; this determined the choice to use blue for the logo, as well as the inclusion of a stylized water drop.
